How do I get transportation if I am not staying at the Ritz?
Unfortunately, taxi and Ubers in the area are extremely limited. We will provide a shuttle for guests staying at the Half Moon Bay Lodge. If you are not, here is the contact information for a highly recommended car service in Half Moon Bay. What is the dress code?
We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best formal attire. It is a black tie invited event. Please no shorts, denim, and avoid shades of white. We recommend wearing a dark suit and tie, tuxedo or formal gown that is floor to midi-knee length. The ceremony will be held outside so please plan accordingly.
Can I bring a guest/date?
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions!
Are kids welcome to come?
As much as we would love to have everyone's family members attend, this will be an adult only event. Due to capacity limits at our ceremony and reception venue, the only children at our wedding are those in the wedding party. We hope you can use this evening as a "night out" for yourself! Let your hair down and have a good time!
When do I need to RSVP by?
After we send out the formal invitations, we kindly ask that you please RSVP by September 1st, 2024 by 11:59pm PST. Please respond by mail, or through this wedding website on the 'RSVP' tab. Hope you all can make it!
What do I do if I can't make it?
You will be dearly missed! If you know you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "regretfully declines" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony will begin at 5:00pm. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for navigating through the venue and finding your seat.
Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we graciously ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures, which we will share with all of you. Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like and don't forget to share them with us!
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you - enjoy the evening and get ready to celebrate!
